Job Title: Fuel Station Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Fuel Station Associate to join our Walmart team. As a Fuel Station Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel station, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the products they need.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by restocking shelves, cleaning the fueling area, and reporting any safety concerns.
  • Support fuel station operations by ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work independently and take initiative to resolve customer issues and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in performance-based incentive awards and other great benefits offered by Walmart, including competitive pay, health benefits, and paid time off.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Upsell and promote products to customers to drive sales and growth.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills to handle cash and make change accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds to stock shelves and move equipment safely.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
