About the Opportunity

A leading general contractor in Beverly, MA is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee various projects across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid healthcare and life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, vehicle reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with match.

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with expertise in interiors/renovations and ground-up construction. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is required, along with certifications in MA-CSL and OSHA.

Responsibilities include site management and coordination, supervising labor crews and materials, coordinating with project managers and inspectors, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Requirements
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with Pro-core and other related construction software is highly desirable.
