Job Summary

The Client Services Associate will assist the manager in delivering and coordinating client services, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, goal achievement, and ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering and coordinating client services
  • Help lead field staff in providing quality home care
  • Develop communicative relationships with team members
  • Manage scheduling and maintain effective fiscal management
  • Monitor metrics (gross margin, overtime, unfilled hours, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree
  • Prior health care, home care, and recruiting experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong PC and communication skills
