A challenging opportunity awaits a skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to oversee patient care services, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our residents and patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the nursing team in managing patient care, personnel, facility equipment, and other related matters within assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, visitors, and professional staff members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Making assignments based on resident/patient needs and caregiver capabilities, promoting continuity of care.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by authorized medical professionals, adhering to scope of practice and training.
- Routine rounds to assess resident/patient conditions, evaluate care quality, and observe caregivers providing care.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, working cooperatively with patients, staff, physicians, consultants, and ancillary service providers.
- Support compliance and principles of responsibility, maintaining confidentiality, protecting organizational assets, acting with ethics and integrity, and reporting non-compliance.
- Be flexible and willing to work various shifts, hours, and days as needed.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, and excellent service skills when interacting with employees, patients, and visitors.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and possess good organizational skills.
