We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Acro Service Corp. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing contracts, Request for Proposals (RFP), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Memorandum of Association (MOA), Letter of Authority (LOA), amendments and non-DPH agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process contracts, RFP, MOU, MOA, LOA, amendments and non-DPH agreements.
  • Prepare process waivers.
  • Additional duties related to completing contracts for services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
