Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Specialist to ensure the highest standards of product quality at Doyle Shamrock Industries.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for visually inspecting or manually testing products throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections and manual testing of products to ensure they meet the manufacturer's specifications and standards.
  • Monitor and record quality data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve common goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of other team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
