Patient Care Specialist

At Salina Regional Health Center, we are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the patient's home, performing essential patient care activities and related services to ensure the patient's comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with loading and unloading patients to/from vehicles as necessary
- Creating a safe, comforting, and calm environment for patients
Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED
- Completion of a certified nurse assistant training course
- One year nurse assisting experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
- Home Health Certification to be obtained within the first 90 days of employment
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment
