The Clinical Dietitian is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and well-being. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement nutrition recommendations, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement evidence-based nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate and implement nutrition recommendations
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics, food and nutrition, or a related field
- Registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Current state licensure (if mandated by law)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of dietitian experience
