About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary
  • Recommend and connect patients with various programs and services that cater to their needs.
  • Plan and manage patient care according to each individual's requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care provided.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Minimum two years of current RN Emergency Room experience.
  • Two years of ICU experience.
  • Active unencumbered RN Nevada state license.
  • Graduate from a fully accredited RN Associate Degree program.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills through relevant continuing education programs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
