Main Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via various channels.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels and keep records of customer interactions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
