Job Summary:

As a skilled Painter at Omni Hotels, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our public areas and guest rooms. Your expertise will be utilized to perform exterior painting of guest entrances, porches, outdoor pool areas, and other exterior painted surfaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the hotel decor in good condition and cleaning all work areas after completing your tasks. Thorough understanding of fire alarm procedures is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain public areas and guest rooms by painting, wallpapering, plastering, and other decorative tasks.
  • Perform exterior painting of guest entrances, porches, outdoor pool areas, and other exterior painted surfaces.
  • Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
  • Clean all work areas after completing tasks.
  • Thoroughly understand fire alarm procedures.
