Job Summary:

As a Resident Care Assistant with the Good Samaritan Society, you will provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner. You will be responsible for performing according to location standards, procedures, and individualized resident care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner

Participates in structured training sessions to acquire skills to obtain certification to provide a higher level of resident care

Assists residents with outerwear or shoes as needed

Assures residents' spiritual needs are met

Maintains residents' self-esteem, privacy, and confidentiality of personal information

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
