Job Description

The Help Desk Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for technical and operational support issues from our stores, home office, and distribution center organizations. This role involves tracking support issues, resolving them promptly, and collaborating with the IT department to ensure system uptime and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and emails from customers, colleagues, or external partners using various communication channels (phone, chat, email, portal entry).
  • Managing and prioritizing the central ticketing queue to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques for retail stores, distribution centers, and home office locations.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to customers in resolving their issues.
  • Determining the best solution based on customer details and information provided.
  • Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software.
  • Collaborating with on-site technicians or vendors to facilitate and direct resolution.
  • Sharing accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Following up with customers on the status of their issues.

  • Excellent time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience working with various system support ticketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of networking hardware, including routers, switches, and VPN appliances.
  • Experience working in a retail industry setting.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
