Your Daily Responsibilities...

As a member of H&R Block, you will empower individuals to make confident, informed choices regarding their finances, careers, and lives, while fostering client relationships that strengthen over time.

What You Will Contribute...

  • Initiate the tax filing process by inputting client and W-2 data into the tax software.
  • Assist in concluding the consultation by compiling the tax return, securing necessary signatures, reviewing the completed return with the client, and executing bookkeeping tasks.
  • Guarantee that all H&R Block clients receive exceptional service.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient reading and math skills essential for conducting the tax return interview.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Prior experience with Windows-based software applications.
  • Additional state and local regulations may be applicable.
