Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Carle Health. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office, while also supporting our manager(s) and/or employees through various tasks related to organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Support manager(s) and/or employees through tasks related to organization and communication
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion
  • Familiarize yourself with healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Effectively communicate via phone and email to ensure accurate and timely completion of duties
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business or Health Administration
  • Driver's License when driving a vehicle for work-related reasons
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software applications
  • Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Typing ability of 60 wpm
