Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary:
Serves as a professional consultant for Employee & Labor Relations, providing training and support to University staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing training and coaching on Employee & Labor Relations topics, such as conduct management and policy compliance.
- Assisting with employee grievances and ensuring appropriate follow-up on investigations.
- Overseeing the disciplinary process to ensure compliance with University, Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
- Evaluating and researching professional trends and issues in specialty areas relevant to Employee & Labor Relations.
