We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician who will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
