Cox Automotive is seeking a skilled Automotive Claims Resolution Specialist to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and disputes in a timely and successful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze customer complaints and mechanic reports to determine the extent of vehicle damage and authorize repairs as needed.
  • Advise customers on Auction policy and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to resolve disputes.
  • Moderate arbitration processes to ensure fair outcomes and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with federal and state authorities regarding vehicle-related issues and promote post-sale inspections to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to investigate complaints and provide financial support for arbitrations.
  • Screen vehicles for post-sale inspection and inform buyers and sellers about the process, costs, and timelines involved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and possess good vision and adaptability.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
