Hanwha Aerospace USA LLC is a leading developer and supplier of flight critical Aerospace/Defense components and assemblies, operating out of four state-of-the-art facilities in Connecticut.

Job Summary

We seek a skilled Project Management Lead to comprehensively understand aircraft business trends and drive Hanwha's annual performance and long-term growth. This role will proactively organize risk mitigation plans and perform business management tasks to achieve company goals and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cooperative relationships between organizations for global site businesses and internal improvement activities.
  • Define KPIs impacting business goals and drive continuous monitoring of quantitative data and gap analysis.
  • Determine the path forward by analyzing business issues and their cost impact on programs.
  • Manage business requirement responses to critical issues from an inter-departmental basis regarding process and follow-up activities.
  • Support communication between relevant organizations for cooperative business and production activities between global sites.
  • Operate and monitor milestones, follow-up activities, and KPIs through continuous improvement activities.
  • Respond to requests such as customer visit consultations, audits, and management department meetings.
  • Evaluate business results and promote activities for improvement regarding business performance.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities of relevant organizations regarding follow-up activities and discuss with customers directly.
  • Perform delivery schedule adjustments, requests for allocation of raw materials supplied by customers, quality approvals, and compensation consultations according to design or schedule changes.
  • Manage countermeasures of relevant organizations by impact review and analysis of customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 2 years of experience or Master's degree.
  • Candidate must meet ITAR/Export requirements.
  • Demonstrate advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Participate in required training.
  • 25-30% domestic travel required.
  • Execute duties assigned by supervisor.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
