We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Director (DDS / DMD) to lead our Family Dentistry setting in Durham, NC. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the full scope of dental services, including same-day dentures, and work collaboratively with our support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

**Salary & Benefits**

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to $1,000 per day, plus a production bonus, as well as a $3,000 annual CME allowance. Additionally, we offer full benefits, including 100% coverage of healthcare premiums for our employees.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**

Our ideal candidate will have a strong team mentality and a patient-focused approach. New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply. The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Leading our family dentistry setting in providing high-quality dental care services
  • Collaborating with our support staff, including RDHs, DAs, Office Manager, Patient-coordinator, and lab tech
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention

**Qualifications & Skills**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensure to practice dentistry in the state of North Carolina
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
