Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Center Cooling Intern. As a member of our research team, you will have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge EcoStruxure IT Advisor CFD software, developing physics-based models of chilled-water cooling equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CFD models for data center cooling applications
  • Collaborate with our team of research engineers and software developers to advance our data center cooling solutions
  • Contribute to the development of power consumption models for data centers

Requirements:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Academic focus on or experience with CFD, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics
  • Experience with advanced spreadsheets, Python, or other programming languages
