Speech Therapist ESY Specialist Position in New Jersey

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in New Jersey serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require speech and language therapy services, including those with severe behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Contribute to virtual SLP services to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A current New Jersey state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Experience with or willingness to learn about severe behavioral needs is essential. Additionally, flexibility to adapt to different service delivery models and proficiency in technology for virtual service provision are highly valued.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and location-specific factors.
