Senior Civil Engineer

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise on civil design projects, working closely with our engineers and designers to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and expertise on civil design projects, including site development, water and wastewater infrastructure, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with our engineers and designers to develop and implement civil design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
- Lead and manage civil design teams, including mentoring and training junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in municipal and/or industrial civil design, including water and wastewater pipelines and site work.
- Professional Engineering license required, with ability to obtain license in additional states as needed.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
