About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Child Family Educator to join our community-based team at Clayton Early Learning. This role involves delivering comprehensive programs and providing training and support to families to ensure their children's success and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement programs to meet students' needs and engage parents in their child's development.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain documentation, and perform developmental screenings.
  • Develop weekly plans based on assessment results and provide case management and support to families.
  • Coordinate family participation in parent meetings, volunteer opportunities, and events.
  • Conduct home visits and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide appropriate program and support services.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and educational support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Family Development, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in child-facing roles.
  • Certifications or licenses, including CPR, Pediatric First Aid, and Universal Precautions.
  • Valid driver's license with evidence of auto insurance.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
