Job Description

We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing one-to-one patient care in a home environment. As an LPN with Aveanna, you will be responsible for executing physicians' prescribed plans of care, documenting care provided, administering medication and treatments, and conducting patient assessments.

Qualifications
  • Current good standing license (LPN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to diverse age groups
Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized patient care in a home setting
  • Execute medical plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care
