About the Role:

  • This full-time position involves collecting biological specimens from clients for scientific testing purposes.
  • Maintain the integrity of the collection process, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Record-keeping and data management skills are essential for accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients through open communication.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample collection.
  • Ensure each specimen's Chain of Custody is maintained: sufficient volumes, proper labeling, and sealing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in the medical field is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills are crucial for success.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including email management, web navigation, and security awareness.
