Job Description:

The TFC Therapist - Clinical Services role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions to children and their families as outlined in each child's treatment plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address client needs
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology)
  • Valid licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LMFT, LPC)
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
