At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be crucial in ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Greet guests with a smile, determine their needs, and follow our Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
  • Be a Product Expert: Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake distinction, size, and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
  • Suggest Additional Merchandise: Suggest balloons, candles, and cards to complete a unique celebration.
  • Process Orders Efficiently: Process guest orders accurately using our point-of-sale system and invite guests to join our Email Club to benefit from special promotions and stay connected.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Bakery: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Replenish Retail Merchandise: Replenish retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
  • Assist the Crafter: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with Health and Safety Guidelines: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and our policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a Consistent Work Attendance Record: Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Previous Guest Service Experience: While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
Work Availability:

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
