Randolph Hospital Inc is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position at 364 White Oak Street, with days and occasional call shifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate post-discharge care for patients in collaboration with Care Managers, physicians, caregivers, and community agencies.
  • Consult with physicians and providers to develop comprehensive care plans for behavioral health clients.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify and access resources for effective patient care outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
  • LCSW licensure (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
  • Minimum one year experience working in a Behavioral Health organization or with Behavioral Health Clients.
  • Knowledge of social and health care resources within the community.

Preferred qualifications include two years' experience in a healthcare-related field and familiarity with standards for medical social work practice.

Benefits

Randolph Hospital Inc offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000, based on industry standards and location.
