What You'll Do:
  • Provide expert care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on pain management and symptom relief
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
What You'll Need:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on palliative care
  • Strong knowledge of pain management, symptom relief, and advanced care planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
