Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver exceptional care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements
  • Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an orientation program or equivalent
  • Acute care experience
