Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional care team, you will lead group therapy sessions, manage a caseload, and collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality care to our members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, utilizing our outlined curriculum to build recovery skills and foster community.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of our office and region, while developing your clinical skill set.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers to deliver a comprehensive care model.
  • Document members' progress using outcome measures (Core Milestones) and client feedback (NPS scores).
  • Proactively engage in community relations activities, such as distributing promotional materials and attending meetings related to substance abuse and addiction topics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and active behavioral health license or certification, including CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, and associate level status.
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
