LPN Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Interim HealthCare, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including long-term care facilities, medical offices, and hospitals. Our LPNs enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for patients with a range of illnesses, injuries, and diseases under the supervision of providers.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, and document progress.
  • Assist in carrying out physician's orders and administering medication.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in Colorado.
  • CPR certification.
  • 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.
  • Valid TB screening and COVID-19 vaccination card.
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, and good communication skills.
