Salary & BenefitsThe salary for this position is $32.01 - 37.06 per hour, based on the RN Graduate Specialty upon hire. Additionally, we offer a competitive total rewards package, including:

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Resident in the Metro Denver Region. As a member of our residency program, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
You will work closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide top-notch patient care, utilizing the nursing process to identify and address the unique needs of each patient.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to achieving exceptional outcomes and values a collaborative approach to healthcare. You will prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence-based practice, and model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
You will also welcome new knowledge and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
LocationThis role is located in the Metro Denver Region, which includes several hospitals and clinical divisions, such as Acute Care, Solid Organ and Bone Marrow Transplant units, Burn Center, Oncology, Critical Care, Women's and Infants Service Line, Behavioral Health - Psychiatry, Perioperative, Emergency Department, Interventional and Procedural Care, and Ambulatory.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program
- Required licensure/certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Prior experience in adult critical care is preferred, but not required.
