Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Monro Inc.

About the Role:

This is a full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs
  • Completing Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every guest vehicle, identifying additional needed services and repairs
  • Assisting in inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory
  • Performing general store duties to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
  • Consistently performing services in accordance with Monro's safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive training, including basic car maintenance and repair
  • ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
