We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Abilene, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation and wiring, with a proven track record of supervising and coordinating activities of electricians. Key responsibilities include planning and layout of wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations, as well as monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion and budget adherence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting electrical problems, training and mentoring electricians, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians
* Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations
* Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
* Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues
* Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Texas Journeyman License
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
* Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
* Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
