Parking Management Services Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Parking Management Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the growth of our company.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our guests, ensuring seamless outstanding experiences, and safely and efficiently managing valet parking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel amenities.
  • Luggage Assistance: Safely handle guests' luggage, transport it to and from rooms promptly, and offer assistance with carrying luggage and providing information about room features.
  • Valet Parking: Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles, safely drive and park vehicles adhering to company and safety standards.
  • Guest Services: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age, customer service experience, valid driver's license, ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Salary and Benefits:
