Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at PAGNY. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide psychiatric management for children and teens, ages 5-18, in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric management for children and teens, ages 5-18, in an outpatient setting
- Develop treatment plans and manage electronic medical records (EPIC) in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health and other regulations
- Provide clinical services to outpatient minors in an outpatient and pediatric emergency medicine services
- Provide clinical supervision to psychiatry residents and medical students
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team in management of complex cases
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- License to practice medicine in the State of New York
- ACGME accredited residency in Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
- ABPN certification (or eligibility if within five years of graduation) in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary: $129,780* (board eligible); $135,030* (board certified)
- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***
- Projected bonus of up to $21,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets
