About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Child Development Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based therapies and support.

You will be responsible for implementing behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings, following treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role will also involve relaying information on client progress, accurately recording data in Central Reach, and contributing to a positive and organized work environment.
