As a Visual Arts Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving school success by developing our team, fostering student enrollment, and engaging with the local community.
Job Highlights:
- Develop the School Community: Recruit, train and manage a small team of professionals.
- Drive Student Enrollment: Network and market to local areas to attract new students.
- Manage the School's Community Space: Curate gallery exhibitions and manage facilities.
- Take Ownership of Business Management Tasks: Set business goals, track revenue, and implement strategies for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a small team leadership/management role with proven skills in hiring, training, and coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network, collaborate, and build relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional standards.
- Proven track record of building businesses from scratch and driving success.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling, and social media management software.
