Provider Network Manager Role Summary

The Provider Network Manager will be responsible for developing and retaining business relationships with clients in the specified geographic region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitive threats within our network base, and ensuring satisfaction within our accounts.


This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients in the specified geographic region
  • Eliminate competitive threats within our network base and ensure satisfaction within our accounts
  • Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
  • Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Medicare Advantage Plan product information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in value-based contract agreements (care)
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
  • 5 years Medicare Advantage Plan experience
  • Provider Network experience

Please note that salary details can be discussed during the hiring process. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in Miami, FL.
