Business Sales Development Representative

At Spectrum, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will achieve sales and revenue goals through successful prospecting for new customers as well as the successful sale of bundled services to new customers. You will generate all sales leads through a variety of prospecting tactics and work every lead from initial contact to sale.
Main Responsibilities- Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Place orders through order management software and work with account coordinators to ensure accurate and timely administrative work
- Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge, practicing regularly with other account executives
- Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce.com
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model preferred
- Business-to-business sales experience and a proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
