Practice Details:
Base Salary: $661,000
RVU Incentive: Exceed 5688 wRVUs, then $116.20 per wRVU achieved thereafter (Not to exceed $1,000,000 cumulative compensation)
PTO: 20 days
Relocation Package: $10,000-$20,000 (depending on location)
Sign on Bonus + CME time and $$$
Student Loan Forgiveness: $1500 monthly (paid directly to the lending institution)
Housing Allowance: $1,500 monthly (not to exceed 6 months - may use the balance for closing costs towards purchasing a home anytime during the 6 months)
Option for permanent or locums
No state income taxes - tort reform state

About the Opportunity:
This is a general orthopedic position in a small community in Northern Texas. The practice is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to replace a physician who had an unexpected medical issue. The ideal candidate will be able to live in the service area and commit to a three-year initial employment contract with the option to auto-renew annually. The practice offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, RVU incentive, and relocation package. Additionally, the practice provides student loan forgiveness, housing allowance, and sign on bonus. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
