Night Auditor

The Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly Front Desk support and ensure the front office accounting records are accurate on a daily basis. This role involves welcoming guests, registering them, establishing credit, and directing them to their rooms. You will also be responsible for conveying information, providing concierge duties, maintaining records, collecting revenue, making reservations, securing guest valuables, printing reports, and assisting with accounting tasks.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong basic math skills, be flexible regarding your schedule, and have previous experience demonstrating strong customer service. It's also essential to have a high school diploma or equivalent education/experience and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

We offer a competitive salary of $15.50 per hour, plus a potential $1 pay differential for the Night Auditor role at some locations.
