Leasing Consultant Opportunity

BGSF is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leasing apartment homes to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with property managers to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease apartment homes to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their concerns and submitting service requests in a timely manner
  • Tour the community and homes, showcasing the amenities and features of our properties
  • Complete required paperwork and marketing tasks as needed
  • Utilize software requirements to manage leasing activities and track sales performance
Requirements:
  • A minimum of six months of apartment leasing experience
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction when needed
  • Maintain a friendly and customer-service-oriented approach to coworkers and customers
