**Job Overview**

Total Telco Specialists, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Wireless Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

The Wireless Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for installing and maintaining wireless equipment on communication towers, buildings, and poles. This includes conducting line-of-sight surveys, performing microwave path calculations, and reading equipment Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in climbing and tower construction, antenna and line installation, microwave installation, or other wireless-related projects.
  • Ability to climb communication towers without fear or hesitation (25-150 ft average) and work at heights with a 50 lb. load.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computers and MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
  • Availability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English and communicate clearly with staff and customers.
  • Com Training Tower Rescue/Safe Rigging/RF Awareness/OSHA 10/CPR & First Aid preferred.
  • Experience testing and working with Waveguide, CAT 5, Coaxial, and Fiber.
