Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Ocoee. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays that showcase our products within retail stores.

About the Job

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the workweek, requiring between 8-12 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.

Salary and Benefits

The starting pay for this role is estimated at $13.50-$14.50 per hour, depending on shift and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer access to voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage (preventive care).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory levels of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department, utilizing a mobile device provided by the company.
  • Holiday Support: Provide additional support leading up to and following major holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Department Resets: Participate in installations, building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections as needed.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided by the company
  • Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
  • Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations
