At Etheredge Industrial Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Motor Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing customer on-site diagnosis, maintenance, repair, installation, and/or removal of complex electromechanical motors and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the condition of the motor and determine whether repairs can be performed in the field or if equipment needs to be pulled.
  • Analyze motors and equipment to troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with AC and DC motors, as well as vibration experience and certification preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent travel including overnight stays
  • Varying working conditions, including inclement weather

Our company has been serving the industrial market since February 1986, growing from one shop with five employees to three shops with over 110 employees. We provide repairs, rewinding, and upgrading of AC and DC electric motors of all makes and sizes, catering to various industries.
