Hospice Nurse Opportunity

About the Role
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Team as a full-time or part-time nurse. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, education, and support to patients and families in their homes, focusing on symptom management, pain control, and improving overall well-being. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Two years of recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting
* Hospice Nurse experience required

Preferred Qualifications
* Current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact
* Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
* Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred
* Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred
