Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. They will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive business results while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

About the Role

The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead a team of HR professionals and provide guidance on HR-related matters. They will also represent the company in contract negotiations, liaise with union representatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the HR team and provide guidance on HR-related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of human resources experience in a leadership role
  • Union experience required
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
  • Master's degree preferred

Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
